We offer free 30-day returns at Elleroses so that you can be sure your purchase is perfect. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund. Our return, exchange, and resize policies begin when your order is ready for shipment or pickup for qualified orders. We take pride in the fact that our jewelry is made to the highest possible standards.

All ring, loose diamond, and loose gemstone orders from Elleroses come with free return shipping. We’ll send you a free DHL return shipping label to make the process of returning your item as simple as possible.

We also provide one FREE resizing for our standard ring styles within 60 days of when your purchase is available for shipment or pickup for our US, Canadian, UK, and Australian clients, with free shipping both ways. Due to the design of our eternity rings, they cannot be resized. Resize costs apply to custom, customized, and engraved rings. Rings can be resized for a cost outside of the 60-day complimentary resize period if they are within the jeweler’s recommended sizing range. Outside of the 60-day term, if you purchased an Extend Protection Plan with your ring, you are covered for free resizes. Please contact the Extend Customer Care Team via the Extend Claims Portal or email at support@elle-roses.com if you need to register a claim for a resizing. Within the sizing tolerance mentioned online for each ring, Elleroses offers one complimentary resizing for our vintage rings. Certain historic rings and rings from our Extraordinary Collection are final sale if they are resized to maintain structural integrity. When choosing a ring size, vintage or extraordinary rings that are final sale if resized are clearly noted. Any subsequent resizes will be subject to fees if you resizing your ring at the time of purchase. Due to potential taxes, we do not offer free ring resizing or refunds for items shipped outside of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or Australia. Please keep in mind that all returned items must be in new, unused condition and have all original paperwork. Goods that have been customized, engraved, or resized; items that have been previously exchanged; layaway orders beyond 30 days from purchase; and custom made jewelry are nonreturnable due to their personalized character. Your next purchase will be eligible for exchange if a piece is returned for a refund or canceled during production. The gratis resizing, return, and exchange policies are void if changes are made to orders that are presently being processed. Our 30-day return/exchange period begins on the date your item was initially available to ship if you have a specific request for a later delivery date. Similarly, if you want to pick up your ring from one of our showrooms, our 30-day return/exchange period begins the day your purchase is ready for pickup.

How to Return a Purchase

 

1. Request a Return Shipment Authorization Code: Email support@elle-roses.com to request a return shipping authorization code and a free DHL return shipping label. On the outside of the package you’re returning, write your return shipping authorisation code. (Please note that the free DHL return shipping label is only valid for orders of rings, loose diamonds, and loose gemstones from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.)

2. Packing your order: Include all original packaging and supporting documentation, including the packing slip and all diamond certificates, for all returns and exchanges (a $250 replacement fee per certificate will be charged if not). Please retain your complimentary Elleroses Jewelry Cleaner as a mark of our thanks. Original certificates and associated papers should not be included in resizes. Do not write jewelry, diamonds, or other comparable words anywhere on the packaging for security reasons.

3. Shipping and Insurance: You must “double box” your package and follow these procedures in order for the insurance to be valid when using your DHL prepaid label. Place your item within the ring/jewelry box it came in. We recommend that you save the original packaging from your order for your convenience. Inside the medium box, place the ring/jewelry box. Inside the larger box, place the medium box. Please place the ring/jewelry box into a small DHL box and seal it if you do not have the original packaging. In a medium DHL box, place the tiny DHL box. Attach the label to the outside of the larger box and deliver it to a DHL facility near you. Packages left in DHL Drop Boxes or non-DHL staffed locations are not the responsibility of Elleroses or DHL. To confirm that the item has been shipped, obtain a DHL receipt; this receipt will serve as evidence of insurance.

4. You can return it to any carrier if you choose to utilize a different delivery method. Please ship your item fully insured with a signature required for your security, and request a return receipt to prove that your cargo has arrived at Elleroses. Elleroses is not liable for any things that are lost or damaged during shipping.

PROCESS OF REFUND

Our Quality Assurance staff will evaluate and verify the condition of the returned order once it is received. Returns take about five business days to process after the item is received. If the original payment method was bank wire, cash, or certain other payments requiring special processing, refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used in the original purchase, or by check if the original payment method was bank wire, cash, or certain other payments requiring special processing. International bank wire purchases will be repaid in USD at the time of purchase, based on the current exchange rate. Elleroses is not liable for any changes in foreign currency refund amounts due to fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund. Elleroses is not liable for any fees imposed by the customer’s banking institution, such as foreign exchange or other expenses. Please wait one monthly billing cycle for all credit card refunds to display on your account.

 

Packages returned without a return shipment authorization number or packages that were rejected delivery will not be refunded and will be subject to a $50 restocking fee. Return shipping authorizations are valid for seven days from the date of issue, and products must be shipped during that time. Please contact us at support@elle-roses.com to acquire a new return shipping permission if your current one has expired. All refund requests must be submitted in writing through email or fax. Returns with evidence of wear, as well as those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or otherwise damaged, will not be accepted. Items that are improperly wrapped or uninsured will be denied.

Gift Certificates
