FedEx/DHL offers free shipping both ways.
Every order from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia comes with free FedEx/DHL shipping. We also offer free return shipping on all orders from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia to make your Elleroses shopping experience as stress-free as possible!

Because we produce most of our things to order, the time it takes to get your purchase will vary depending on what you ordered. All orders are dispatched via FedEx/DHL and are expected to arrive on or before the delivery date specified in the order confirmation. If your order is ready, it may arrive before the scheduled delivery date. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation.

We recognize that jewelry is frequently given for special surprise occasions such as an engagement, and we have shared in the amazing memories of thousands of our clients at Elleroses. Please let us know what we can do to keep your surprise intact. Email us at support@elle-roses.com to make special arrangements, such as Saturday delivery, delivery on a specific date, or holding at a FedEx/DHL station. For an extra $30, Saturday delivery is available for qualified regions. Only for a limited period. All orders come in distinctive FSC-certified packaging.

Shipping Policies

Elleroses will always do the following for your safety:

All products are insured and registered for their full value.
All deliveries must be made to a physical business or residence address only. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Online processing is available for international shipments. Customers are responsible for customs procedures and import duties; for further information, contact your local customs office. For orders shipped to Canada and Australia, there are no additional import duties other than GST/PST/HST. Elleroses collects the applicable tariffs for items shipped to the United Kingdom. Elleroses is committed to delivering your order on schedule. However, we have no control over delivery delays caused by adverse weather, carrier delays, or erroneous addresses. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. When an alternative shipping method is considered appropriate for reaching your intended destination and delivery date, it will be employed. You must notify Elleroses within 5 days of getting your tracking number if your order is tampered with or lost during shipment.

We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped from Elleroses due to insurance considerations.
